Clear answers about the Bien Scent store and the test-stage Fragrance Club experience.
Do I need to join the Fragrance Club to shop?
No. Bien Scent's fragrance catalogue remains available for normal one-time purchases. Fragrance Club membership is optional.
Can I use the fragrance quiz without membership?
Yes. The fragrance finder can be used to discover fragrances based on your preferences without joining the Fragrance Club.
What is the Bien Scent Fragrance Club?
The Fragrance Club is Bien Scent's optional membership experience, designed to provide additional benefits alongside the regular fragrance store.
Which membership billing options are available?
Monthly billing is ₦25,000, six-month billing is ₦140,000, and annual billing is ₦264,000. Each option is a recurring subscription.
How do membership payments and activation work?
Recurring subscription checkout is handled securely by Paystack. Bien Scent reviews the payment confirmation and manually activates the member account; access is not instant or automatically synchronized.
Can I still buy a fragrance without subscribing?
Yes. Membership does not replace the normal Bien Scent shopping experience.
How do I choose my monthly fragrance?
After Bien Scent confirms and activates your membership, sign in and use the Choose Your Scent page to submit one 8ml fragrance preference for the applicable fulfilment period. This is not a request for a full-size shop product, and availability is confirmed before fulfilment.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Use the subscription-management link sent by Paystack. Bien Scent will update member access after the cancellation is confirmed; access continues only through the applicable paid period.
